Registration
Badges are required to gain access to the exhibit hall, and must be visible at all times. Badges will not be mailed prior to the event, and must be picked up from the on-site Exhibitor Registration Desk. Exhibitor Registration is located outside the exhibit hall, near the Exploration foyer.

Age Restriction
Individuals under the age of 18 (including infants) will not be permitted on the exhibit floor during move-in or move-out, regardless of affiliation or circumstances. During the Wednesday evening show floor reception, no one under the age of 21 is allowed in the exhibit hall. |
Show Office
The Show Office will be located near the inside the exhibit hall, behind aisle 300. |
Move-In
When shipping directly to show site, ensure your shipment arrives on your targeted date and time. Refer to the Freight Target Move-in Schedule for the specific move-in day and time for your booth.
Share the target move-in schedule with your carrier and plan your arrival date and time to ensure your shipment is received on your target day at your targeted time. Any deviation from the target move-in schedule can be detrimental to other exhibitors and the overall move-in of the event.
All booths must be occupied and completely set-up by 6:00 pm on Tuesday, September 22, 2009. Viper Tradeshow Services is authorized to “force set” any display that was delivered but not set-up at this time at the exhibitor’s expense. If exhibit space is not occupied by 6:00 pm on Tuesday, September 22, the space may be possessed by Show Management for such purposes as they see fit. Exhibitor will be billed for expenses incurred by IPC Show Management to carpet unoccupied space as a result of default in occupancy. Additional information on the move-in process can be found in the Shipping section of the manual. |
Move-Out
Dismantling and move-out of exhibits may begin following the announcement from IPC Show Management at 4:00 pm,
Thursday, September 24, 2009. No exhibitor will be permitted to pack or remove articles on display or any part of their exhibit
prior to the closing of the exposition. Exhibitors who fail to comply with this rule risk being barred from exhibiting at the
following year’s event.
Thursday, September 24
4:00 pm—10:00 pm
Due to village noise restrictions, freight will not be loaded out on Thursday, September 24. Only hand-carried items can be removed from the show floor on Thursday evening. DO NOT schedule your carrier for pick-up on Thursday evening as trucks will not be loaded. Neither IPC nor Viper Tradeshow Services will be responsible for any wait time charges incurred by exhibitors from their carriers if they arrive for load out on Thursday evening.
Only in-booth work and hanging sign removal will take place on Thursday, September 24. Carriers will not be allowed to check in on Thursday, nor will any docks be available. Hand carried items can be removed from the show floor on Thursday evening.
Friday, September 25
6:00 am—6:00 pm
All freight and machinery will be loaded out on Friday, September 25. The Marshalling Yard will open at 6:00 am on Friday, September 25. All freight load-out will take place Friday, September 25. Carriers must check in at the Marshalling Yard, and will be dispatched to the convention center when dock space is available.
IPC Show Management has the right, without incurring any liability for damage or loss, to order, at the exhibitor’s expense,
the dismantling, packing and shipping of the exhibitor’s property if the exhibitor has failed to do so in the time allotted. Any
exhibit materials remaining on the show floor at the 6:00 pm on Friday, September 26, 2008 (without a Material Handling
Form turned in to Viper and a carrier on-site for pick-up), will be forced from the floor and either returned to the advance
receiving warehouse or re-routed via the carrier of Viper’s choosing, at the exhibitor’s expense.

Internet
Telecommunications services are provided exclusively by Swank Audio Visuals at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center.
Wireless Internet
Order wireless high-speed internet service for checking e-mails for only $27.50 for Sunday, September 21 through Thursday, September 24. This service is only for usage such as checking e-mails and internet browsing, and may not be used for streaming audio/visual presentations, or for connection to VPN services. Order this service today!
Wireless devices not authorized by Swank are strictly prohibited. In order to maintain a cohesive network operation, and as not to interfere with the Wi-Fi provided at the event, please contact Swank Audio Visual when separate Wi-Fi is required for your booth operation. Unauthorized wireless networks are subject to disconnection at the expense of the exhibitor.
Exhibitors requiring secure networks or access to streaming audio or video presentations are advised to order separate network services through Swank Audio Visuals.
Internet Lounge
The Internet Lounge will be located at the end of the 300 aisle, across from the IPC Bookstore. Free access to the internet will allow you to leave that laptop at home. The Internet Lounge is only available during show hours. |
Event Regulations
Review the Event Regulations and Display Regulations before proceeding with the design of your exhibit. Variances will not be granted for any booth.
