IPC has launched an exciting new online exhibit hall, sure to benefit every exhibitor at the event.

IMPORTANT Deadline for all printed Show Directory information: August 13, 2008
All information included in the printed Show Directory (Business Card, Categories, Printed Show Directory Listing, New Products, Sales Contacts, and your company's logo) must be submitted by August 13, 2008 in order to be included in the printed Show Directory.

Locate your company password, supplied to you by IPC Show Management. If you do not have access to your password, please contact Kim DiCianni (+1 847-597-2823).

Accessing Your Online Exhibit Hall Listing
- Select your company name from the list
- Enter the password supplied by IPC Show Management
- Note: Companies recently assigned, please allow two business days for your online account to be processed before access can be granted.

Change Your Password
- The only option available initially will be to change your password.
- Changing your password will unlock all of the options available to you as an exhibitor at the event.
- Select the "Change Password" link and follow the prompts to set up your new password.

Business Card
- Select the “Business Card” link to review the address listed for your company.
- This address and general contact information will be visible to online visitors, and will also be printed in the Show Directory.
- The e-mail address in the business card section is for "main" e-mail addresses (for example, info@ipc.org, shows@ipc.org, etc.)
- Note: if your company has recently moved, please note that you must also update your company address in the Administrative Contact section of the Online Exhibit Hall.
- The deadline for the business card information to be included in the printed Show Directory is August 13, 2008.

Categories
- Select the "Categories" link to review and update your products and services categories.
- Product and Services Categories are available for visitors in the online exhibit hall, and will be included in the printed Show Directory.
- The deadline for categories to be included in the printed Show Directory is August 13, 2008.

Online Company Listing
- Select "Online Company Listing" to review your listing for the online description of your company.
- Add pizzazz by including as much information about your company as you can!
- You can include HTML (linking to graphics, videos, flash presentations, contact forms, etc.), customize fonts and colors, and include up to 3,000 words about your company in the online listing! The possibilities are virtually endless, so don't be satisfied with the minimum!
- Note: the information supplied in the "Online Company Listing" will not be printed in the Show Directory. See the "Printed Show Directory" information about your 80-word description in the printed directory.

Press Releases
- EXTRA! EXTRA! Have 'em read all about it! Your company news, that is.
- Add up to ten .pdf press releases about your company's announcements in your online exhibit hall listing!
- Select "Press Releases" and get the word out!

Administrative Contact
- Now you can update the administrative contact for your booth online!
- Select "Administrative Contact" to verify the address and information for the liaison between your company and IPC Show Management. This individuals is the main contact for your booth, and will receive reminders, e-mails, newsletters, and all show-related materials.
- Note: contact information for this individual will not be posted online — it is only for use in updating the IPC Show Management database.

Printed Show Directory
- Select "Printed Show Directory" to review your company listing that will be used in the printed Show Directory.
- The deadline for the 80-word company description to be included in the printed Show Directory is August 13, 2008.
- Note: the printed Show Directory listing is different than the expanded online listing. The printed description will only be used for the printed on-site Show Directory.

Show Logo for printed Show Directory
- Be sure to submit your company's high-resolution logo for the printed Show Directory! The logo used in the online media center cannot be used in the printed directory, as Web formats are not of a high-enough resolution.
- You will need to submit your high-resolution company logo to showlogos@ipc.org by August 13, 2008. Only TIF and EPS files, 300 dpi minimum, at least 350 pixels wide will be accepted for the printed Show Directory. You must include your company name with your e-mail, to ensure the logo is included with your printed listing.

New Products Showcase
- Nearly 70% of attendees said one of the main reasons they attend the event is to see new products and services!
- If your new product or service will be announced for the first time at a trade show, or is less than six months old (by September 2008), be sure to enter your new products for the media and visitors to view online! Select "New Products" and add up to five products today!
- New Products submitted by August 13, 2008 will be included in the printed Show Directory (names only)

Featured Exhibitors List for those with New Products
Once you have uploaded your new product information, please contact Sarah Martino (+1 847-597-2831), to have your company added to the Featured Exhibitors section of the online exhibit hall! To view the featured exhibitor lists, go to the visitor portion of the online exhibit hall and select any of the links under "featured exhibitors." |
Media Center
- Be sure to check out the online media center and take advantage of the options for you to post your:
- Company brochure
- Coupon ("show special", "bring this to the booth for % off of widget A ", drawings, giveaways, etc.)
- Link to your company's audio presentations
- Link to your company's video library
- Your company's logo online! Not only will your logo be included with your online listing, but will also appear in the fly-over preview of your online listing in the alphabetical listing of exhibiting company's! (See this in action in the visitor section of the online exhibit hall - hold your mouse over any exhibitor name to see their online exhibit hall preview)

Sales Contacts
- Ensure potential customers can contact you!
- Add the two main contacts for your company, to be posted in your online listing as well as the printed Show Directory.
- The deadline for the sales contacts to be included in the printed Show Directory is August 13, 2008.

View Listing
- You can view your listing at any time, by returning the "HOME" screen, and selecting "VIEW LISTING." (Example - .pdf )
- You'll be able to see your company's online exhibit hall listing, in the format that visitors will see. You can also check your listing online through the visitor portion of the online exhibit hall.

Logging Out
- Once you have entered your information, return to the "HOME" screen, and close your browser.
