Using a suburban taxi service from O’Hare or Midway Airports will save you time and money. We recommend that you call for the lowest taxi fares to the suburbs. You will receive faster service if you reserve your taxi prior to your flight. O’Hare to the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel and Convention Center is flat fare $35 plus fuel surcharges (subject to change).
The cabs in the cab lines at O’Hare or Midway are for destinations in Chicago. They will charge a large surcharge for taking you to Schaumburg. Save yourself time, headaches and money by calling American Taxi or another suburban cab service for your ride to the Renaissance.

If you are driving, free parking is available at the convention center. Valet parking is $14.00 per day.

Trolley
The Trolley is a FREE transportation alternative, which allows visitors to travel to any of eight destinations served by the Trolley. Trolley-styled buses will pick up from the Schaumburg Renaissance Hotel & Convention Center directly in front of the hotel and visit the following destinations:
- IKEA
- Roosevelt University
- Costco
- Woodfield Mall (two stops)
- Woodfield Village Green (two stops)
- Streets of Woodfield (three stops)
Trolley Service (.pdf) is available every 15 minutes on Saturday and every 20–40 minutes on Sunday through Friday. Trolley schedules can be found in your attendee welcome packet and at the registration desks.
